Sandeep Kushagra & Associates is a Chartered Accountancy Firm established in 21st Jan 1995. The firm operates from its offices in Agra and Gurgaon. For over 25 years, our specialized team of professionals are entrusted to provide a comprehensive range of services which include Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Assurance and Business Advisory to clients in India and Worldwide.
The Firm is led by the managing partner of the firm; CA Sandeep Kapoor who is a Chartered Accountant with over 3 decades of experience in the fields of Corporate Finance, Company Law, Taxation, and Auditing and by second in command partner CA Prabal Kapoor who is a Chartered Accountant with experience in the fields of Corporate Finance, Company Law, Taxation, Forensic Accounting and Auditing.
The firm has been engaged in Statutory and Internal Audit of companies including nationalized banks branches. It also provides Company Secretarial services, Tax consultancy, Company law advisory, Business set up services, Transaction support services and enterprise planning and management services..
Besides the above services, the firm’s forte is providing world class consultancy with regards to niche issues such as Domestic Taxation issues, Fund raising and Financing options, Financial and Taxation Due Diligence.

CA. Sandeep Kapoor
Founder & Managing Partner
CA. Sandeep Kapoor, The Managing Partner, B Com FCA, DISA (ICAI) is qualified as chartered accountant in Nov 1987. He has successfully completed the concurrent audit certificate course of the ICAI.
Initially he served in government corporate sector for 6 years. He joined practice in the year 1993. In the year 1995, The Firm Sandeep Kushagra and associates was established under his leadership. He is having wide experience in the field of taxation both direct and indirect, financing of the enterprise / business, Auditing of all kind of organisations.

CA. Prabal Kapoor
Partner
CA Prabal Kapoor is B.Com, FCA and has successfully completed the certificate course of the ICAI for Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection, GST and Concurrent Audit of Banks. He became the Member of the ICAI in July 2016. He is having good experience of devising internal controls of manufacturing units and corporate with diverse business including start-ups besides having the good exposure of Indirect Taxation and Direct Taxation.
